I think this is going to be a heavier lift than we might hope…. It’s been interpreted about a hundred years ago by the United States Supreme Court to exclude particularly ,,,children of diplomats, children of a foreign occupying force, or children born on an American Indian reservation….and not necessarily those who came into the United States illegally and so I think this is going to be a heavy lift for the President.
